SLG 3000

CNC-controlled machine, suitable for butt welding PP and PE plastic sheets with a thickness of 3 to 50 mm and also for welding Paneltim® sheets.

The hold-down beam is equipped with segmented presses with hydraulic clamping to ensure uniform clamping of the sheets, even with short pieces.

LED lighting illuminates the welding area to ensure perfect positioning of the sheets to be welded.

The machine can be equipped with a rounding device for winding the sheets with three independent winches that can be operated separately via a practical control panel with push buttons; this allows the user to precisely control the pulling of the bands and the perfect rounding of the plastic sheet.

In addition, the two side winches can be positioned as desired depending on the width of the plastic sheet.

The machine can also be equipped with the 90° welding device. The welding machine can be equipped with the 90° welding device or a rounding device.
